Refund Policy

Our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we offer a 14 day return policy. 

Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date.

  • Items must be in new, unused, and undamaged condition.

  • Items must be in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

  • Original proof of purchase (e.g., order number, receipt) is required. 

Refund Options:

  • Refund to Original Payment Method: We will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. 

  • Store Credit: We can provide store credit for the purchase amount. 

  • Exchange: We can exchange the returned item for another item of equal or lesser value. 

How to Return:

  1. Contact our customer service team at foxfablellc@gmail.com to initiate the return process and obtain a return shipping label. 

  2. Repackage the item securely in its original packaging. 

  3. Attach the provided return shipping label to the package. 

  4. Ship the package back to us using the provided label. 

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Gift cards, personalized items, or certain health and personal care items.

  • Sale items are not eligible for refund. 

Processing Time:

  • Once we receive the returned item, please allow 3-5 business days for processing.

  • Refunds may take up to 14 business days to appear on your original payment method and may depend on your original payment method and bank. 

Important Notes:

  • Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. 

  • We are not responsible for any items returned without prior authorization. 

  • This policy is subject to change without notice.
